It all depends on the workload we have at the time. But on average it takes us 3 weeks to deliver the finished artwork to the client — from the moment we have all the photographs sent to us by the client with all the info provided (option chosen, story, etc.) to use in the personalised artwork.

Then, from the day we go to the post office (if option 1 or option 2 have been chosen), and we post the painting to your address, it will arrive at your home depending where you live.
Here an estimated timeframe:

- Within Australia: 3-5 days.
- Rest of the World: 7-10 days.

The classification of Mat Solart’s art would be under the realm of Digital Mixed Media Art and his specialisation could be called ' Pictorial Photomontages '.

The painting is created entirely with a computer and Photoshop.

And then it is sent to be printed using a high quality Giclee Art process (if add ons have been chosen).

Yes. At the moment we only offer these measures since they are the ones that clients feel most comfortable with since it is neither too small nor too large. This size is adequate for a good number of photographs to be integrated and well perceived in the artwork, since being smaller would greatly limit the number of photographs to be integrated and the details of the painting. Also, being larger, the cost of the product would increase. Therefore, it seems to us that this size is the most suitable for most people due to its cost and functionality.

If the client greatly requires it, we can arrange to make a bigger artwork (but not smaller than the offered size) and adjust the price accordingly.

We have chosen to offer only this frame colour (rustic white) since the style of Mat Solart (and its characteristic palette) stands out and is much better perceived on white tones.

At the moment this is the only frame colour we offer and which we believe adds a touch of sophistication to the artwork.

We have considered that this way of displaying the printed painting in a ‘Float Mount’ style is the most used within the field of visual art and gives a status of a work of fine art to the final product.

The frame size is 90cm x 60cm x 3cm deep.

In the process, the client will be shown two advance samples of the artwork with the possibility of adjustments if necessary.

The first advance sample: Once we start to work with the client’s photos, we will create a sample for the client to see a composition that we have created using the photos.
Once the client approves this first sample, we will proceed with the creation of the artwork.
(Note: The First payment (50% of the total price) should be paid before the beginning of the artwork = before the first sample has been approved.)

The second advance sample: Around the second week from when the painting was started we will show the client the progress of the work up to that moment and according to that sample (and adjustments if necessary), we will proceed with the artwork. With this last feedback, the artwork will be finalized and the final version will be sent to the client before sending it to print (if the add on option has been chosen).

(Note: The second and final payment (second 50% of the total price) must be paid once the last sample has been approved.

Once we receive your info and photos from the submitted form, we will contact you to give you our payment options (usually Paypal) and details for you to deposit the first part of the order.

The first 50% of the total must be paid before the start of the artwork.

The second 50%, and final part of the payment for the complete artwork, must be paid once the final (second) review has been approved.

Once both payments are made we will proceed to finish the artwork and then start the process of delivering.
